WEBINAR: Coaching Millennials / Gen Z in the Workplace

What do you know about Millennials and Generation Z? Meet the “generations disrupted” who make up the largest share of the workforce (Millennials) or who are just starting their careers (Gen Z). Join our presenters as we discuss what differentiates these generations, how they evaluate career opportunities, and what guidance we as coaches can provide.

    Our Presenters:

Practicing career coach for 10+ years, Jess Franta earned her masters in Educational Leadership with a focus on experiential learning.  Her roles have supported a dual focus of employer relations and student counseling to streamline an individualized approach to career readiness and professional exploration. She's supported certificate to graduate level students ranging from the University of St. Thomas' business programs, Carlson School of Management's speciality masters programs and now resides in Mankato serving Gustavus Adolphus College's liberal arts population.

Ava Goepfert has a Masters degree in Communication Studies. As a former college instructor, she has coached students on communication skills that prepare them for their future goals both professionally and personally. Currently, she partners with The Conversations That Matter to facilitate team development sessions and works as a Customer Success Manager at a technology startup helping financial services clients build automated marketing campaigns.

    A Time for Relaxation

Relaxation & Life Coach Beth Freschi will share with us a guided relaxation training session to calm the mind and body, providing a "learning by doing" experience. Beth will dim the lights, play soothing music in the background, and take us through these techniques to show what it feels like to be in a deeply relaxed state. People often tell her that they are able to forget about their stress during the session and use the techniques in their daily lives to recharge. Beth will share with us a mini relaxation technique we can use in our daily lives and with our clients.

    Our Presenter:

Relaxation & Life Coach Beth Freschi with A Time for Expression, LLC specializes in coaching artists and providing guided relaxation training to help people relax, explore possibilities, manage stress and experience more personal and professional satisfaction in their lives. She is inspired to work with those who could benefit most from her signature relaxation training program such as first responders, veterans, college students and other hard-working, risk-taking, well-deserving people who give much of themselves and could use some tools to replenish and renew their energy. Through her company A Time for Expression, LLC, Beth Freschi hosts special events such as Art Gallery Tours, Artist Salons, Art of Relaxation, and collaborative events with other local businesses. In April of 2019, two Twin Cities artists transformed her business space by creating an art gallery within it—it is a delight to explore and she welcomes people to come and enjoy it! You can contact Beth Freschi through her website http://www.atimeforexpression.com or email beth@atimeforexpression.com
