    Introducing a New Change Leadership

    Community of Practice!

Announcing ATD’s newest Community of Practice:

    The Change Leadership CoP

Are you a change leader in your organization?  Or do you want to be better at supporting and driving change?

Come to our FIRST informal coffee discussion to talk about these areas, AND help us flesh out what our topics and programs should look like in 2020!

    Coaching Executives in Organizations

    :

Presenter:  Barb Krantz-Taylor, Co-Principle and Executive Coach, The Bailey Group

Some say the Executives are “not like the rest of us” when it comes to typical personality profiles and tendencies.  Where there can be some truth to that, what is more helpful if you wish to work with Executives is to understand them as a customer or market segment. That is, understand their “buying” journey, what their needs are, and what they look for in a coach.  Please join our presenter, Barb Krantz Taylor, for a fun and potentially provocative conversation about what it is like to be a coach for Executives.

Our presenter: As a licensed psychologist and principal consultant at The Bailey Group, Barb Krantz Taylor helps leaders step back from their hectic lives to get clear on their unique vision and how to accomplish it. Her extensive background in psychology allows her to help clients understand human behavior and motivation. Barb then works with them to use these elements to their advantage in all areas of their lives, including how to strike the right balance between building and maintaining relationships and getting things done.

    Making Change Happen:

    Accelerating Change for Faster Results

Making Change Happen is a workshop designed for those who are making significant changes in their organizations and want to drive the change faster, with increased enthusiasm and stronger support.

Whether its persuading your own team or helping your customers accept new programs, products and policies, Making Change Happen helps change agents proactively and systematically build a strategy to drive change.

By learning key scientific principles of change, change leaders can predict, manage and influence the emotions and reactions of others and can build a plan that transforms change resisters into change adopters.

On completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

    • Understand the 6 stages of The Change Cycle and how they affect thinking, emotions and behaviors.
    • Recognize and predict how others will process change and identify signs of someone who is struggling with change
    • Diagnose the stage of the Change Cycle that someone is experiencing
    • Use specific language and actions to help someone progress through change
    • Develop a change plan that carefully guides others through a significant change

    About the Instructor
