The Greater Twin Cities Chapter of the Association for Talent Development Presents Transforming Learning Stories from Optum Our August Transforming Learning program is hosted by Optum. ATD-GTC's Learning Labs offer hands-on workshops that provide unique, focused learning and development opportunities that tap into the expertise within our network, providing members with the chance to grow specific skills and knowledge. Presented by: Christine Bakewicz Organizational Development Manager Christine joined Optum in 2011 and again in 2016 serving across Optum, UnitedHealth Group, and UnitedHealthcare. Between roles, Christine lived in South Korea teaching English to K-6th grade students. She is currently the Director of Leadership Development within the Optum Talent Office. In her role, Christine is a champion and advocate for development by designing experiences for the long term growth of leaders within Optum. She is responsible for the integration and adoption of the Common Language of Leadership, Coaching, and Sponsorship across Optum. With strong consulting and facilitation capabilities, Christine collaborates with Human Capital Partners and business leaders to help design, develop, and deliver measurable outcome based solutions. She specializes in leadership and team development, design thinking, strategic planning, change management, and organization design. This program is FREE for all ATD-GTC members. Members may bring one complimentary, registered guest.
