ATD-GTC Coaching Community of Practice

Creating Connection and Community in the Virtual Coaching Space

As we've taken our team meetings and 1-1 coaching sessions online, many of us are dealing with Zoom fatigue and longing for a deeper sense of connection with our clients and team members. How can I establish trust and intimacy online? What are some simple, powerful ways to build community in the virtual coaching space that go beyond team icebreakers and polls? Join master virtual facilitator and author of Effective Virtual Conversations, Jennifer Britton, and your coaching practice community peers as we look to deepen our online coaching practice with individuals and groups.

Our Presenter:

Jennifer Britton, MES, CHRP, CPT, PCC, is the author of five publications including Effective Group Coaching (2010), From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (2013), and Effective Virtual Conversations (2017). Known for her thought leadership in the area of group and team coaching, Jennifer also has been a pioneer in the virtual and remote space. Since the early 1990s she’s led teams remotely and programming virtually, first in the international humanitarian sector, later through her company, Potentials Realized, an award-winning coaching skills training company.

Since 2004 her bulk of her focus has been on virtual programming, including ICF CCE approved programs, on-demand sessions, and train-the-trainer programming in the area of coaching skills, and virtual facilitation.

Most days you’ll find Jenn leading a myriad of virtual programs – from remote team development, to virtual retreats for business owners and teams, to group coaching programs
