After an introduction to the topic, participants will share their frustrations and experiences as we work together to develop best practices related to this subject. Related tips from Mike’s book and experiences as well as other sources such as the Negotiation Project from the Harvard Law School will provide additional insights. As a result of the session participants will have a better handle on how to assist clients with these types of issues.
Our Presenter: Michael Gregory wrote the book, The Servant Manager: 203 tips from the best places to work in America. He takes his 30 years of management experience at all levels, his experience of having trained managers over 14 years, and his experience of having mentored hundreds of managers to lead a discussion on this topic.
