Joan Moser, Spoken Impact

• Techniques to increase your connection to the audience and vice versa

• Three presentation delivery mistakes even the pros make

• Why TED Talks doesn’t want professional speakers and trainers

• How to increase the connection between participants and get them to love their experience

• How to assure participants connect to the material and rave about what they have learned
