  1. Complete the online application: Select the membership level, fill out your information, and pay with credit card or create an invoice at the bottom of this page.

  2. Download the form and send in payment – check, credit card or PO.
IMPORTANT: Membership will not be active until payment is received. If you choose the invoice option, you will need to pay in 45 days or your application will be removed from the database.

Regular Pricing

  • Regular membership dues are $110.


Corporate Pricing

  • Level I membership for 3-5 staff at $100 per person.
  • Level II membership for 6-10 staff at $90 per person (please call).
  • Level III membership for 11 or more staff at $80 per person (please call).


Student and Transition Pricing

  • $60 annually
