The Greater Twin Cities Chapter of the Association for Talent Development Presents
July Coaching Community of Practice: World Café -Design your Future Community
As we look into the second half of 2020 with a new innovative approach and vision, we are turning to our community for guidance. We are asking our community members to join us in a dialogue to share your ideas, thoughts, visions, etc. for the future of this Coaching CoP.
This event will feature a World Café format, in which attendees will participate in small group discussions, followed up by the group leaders presenting group insights and findings.
In advance of this World Café, registrants will be sent some initial questions to help start the process of generating ideas and sparking great conversations in the session.
Your voices and ideas are needed! We hope you will join us and be a part of shaping where this Coaching COP will head this fall and beyond!
