ATD-GTC’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) offer you an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who have an interest in similar topics. These small groups meet on a regular basis or connect with each other via a social learning forum such as a LinkedIn Group. They explore their topic, share best practices, and keep up with the latest information. CoPs are free and there is no limit to the number of CoPs anyone can join.
Coaching Community of Practice
This community is a place for coaches and leaders who coach to learn and grow together. As we look at our professional growth goals this year, we are wondering: How have the events of 2020 changed the reality our coaches are living in? How does our coaching need to evolve to address new challenges, contexts, and needs?
We look forward to conversations where we can share our experiences and exchange techniques and resources as we learn and growth together. We will begin the year on Zoom, and will aim to have 1 hour sessions with 30 minutes of informal networking for anyone who would like to stay after and continue the conversation and get to know one another. We aim to support and challenge one another on our calls, as well as in discussions in our LinkedIn group.
This highly interactive COP is peer-led and encourages authentic networking by providing member-led discussions on a Change Leadership topic to advance the thought leadership in the area of Change. Programming includes facilitated, interactive discussions that lead members to explore key topics related to change including:
ATD-GTC's Learning Labs offer hands-on workshops that provide unique, focused learning and development opportunities that tap into the expertise within our network, providing members with the chance to grow specific skills and knowledge.
