For today’s young business leaders, the growth of their personal brand is at least as important as building the brand of their employer.  When the two brands are in alignment, brand synergy is created and the power of brand mutuality contributes to sustainable business success.  Co-authors of “The Physics of Brand” and brand guru Karl Speak will delve into the intersection of corporate branding and smart personal branding strategies.  You will learn how Branding can impact your approaches to training and development.

Attendees will (1) gain a greater understanding of the power of brand alignment between corporate branding and personal brand, (2) appreciate how a Strategic Brand Platform can be the foundation for leveraging the mutual power of corporate and personal brands, and finally, (3) how this approach to building corporate commitment and personal engagement impacts training and development.
